Yuga Labs rescues 68 NFTs from Flooring Exploit

Yuga Labs, the creator of Bored Ape Yacht Club, has rescued 68 Ethereum NFTs from an exploit known as the Flooring bug. The company now holds the NFTs in custody while working to return them to their original owners.

The rescue follows reports that the Flooring exploit inflated attacker balances and drained liquidity pools. This put NFTs backing those pools at risk before the recovery took place. 0xQuit described how the bug affected the system and noted the steps taken to secure the assets. Yuga Labs acted quickly to retrieve the NFTs after the vulnerability surfaced. The company stated it is focused on returning the rescued items to rightful owners. More than 60 NFTs are now under its control as part of the effort.
