Zero Parades: For Dead Spies sets PC release for May 21

ZA/UM announced that Zero Parades: For Dead Spies, a grand spy RPG from developers behind Disco Elysium, will launch on PC on May 21. The game features operant Hershel Wilk, alias CASCADE, on a mysterious assignment five years after a disastrous mission. It becomes the first Disco Elysium successor with a confirmed release date.

Zero Parades: For Dead Spies casts players as the brilliant, burnt-out, possibly cursed operative Hershel Wilk. Set five years after a mission that led his team into the abyss, the game involves operant skills, dramatic encounters, and potentially unreliable inner voices as Wilk seeks redemption on a new assignment. ZA/UM confirmed the title will be Steam Deck Verified at launch, allowing play on the go via Steam, with versions also available on GOG and Epic Games Store. A PS5 edition follows later. The game launches with English voice-over and writing localized in English, German, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish (Latin America). ZA/UM studio head Allen Murray stated, 'It took nearly five years to deliver the full slate of localisations for Disco Elysium, and our players deserved better than that. This time, we're launching with five languages on day one and committing to a faster cadence. Additional language support begins rolling out at the end of 2026 and continues through 2027. We want every player to experience Zero Parades in their language - and we don't want them waiting half a decade for it.' Unveiled at Gamescom Opening Night Live last year, Zero Parades has drawn interest through demos and trailers. ZA/UM's announcement comes amid other Disco Elysium-inspired projects from former developers at studios like Red Info, Longdue, Dark Math Games, and Summer Eternal.
