Celsia Colombia designated Mauricio Lasso Toro as legal representative to replace Francisco José Estrada Serrano, who resigned from the position.

Lasso Toro is an electrical engineer from Universidad del Valle and holds graduate degrees in finance and administration from Universidad EAFIT, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Temple University.

The legal representation structure now includes Santiago Arango Trujillo, Mauricio Lasso Toro, Marcelo Álvarez Ríos, Oskar Zorrilla Ramírez for judicial matters and Carlos Solano Bonnett.

In addition, the board authorized the legal representatives to manage with the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia the renewal and five-year extension of the public offering of green bonds. These bonds belong to two current programs with a global quota of up to 210 billion pesos each.
