The minister ordered enhanced field monitoring via ministry representatives and the launch of an electronic dashboard for real-time tracking of project implementation and financial disbursements, with supervisors assigned to each governorate. Discussions covered medicine and supply availability, urging continued coordination with the Unified Procurement Authority to prevent shortages.
The meeting addressed primary healthcare units, directing urgent plans to fill staffing gaps, boost efficiency, and advance digital transformation. It also included reviewing the ministry's structure, establishing a unit for citizen satisfaction measurement, and creating a central database for issues and training. These steps form part of Egypt's strategy to modernize its healthcare system.
