Two of Karnataka's AAI Tier-II airports saw declines in customer satisfaction rankings for the first half of 2026, according to the latest AAI survey.
The Hubballi airport fell from fourth to sixth place with its score dropping from 4.96 to 4.93. The Mysuru airport experienced the largest decline, moving from 15th to 34th place as its score fell from 4.81 to 4.18.
Belagavi airport improved its position from 11th to ninth while maintaining a score of 4.89. Kalaburagi airport entered the rankings at 22nd with 4.72 points after flight services resumed on June 10.
The survey assessed 60 AAI airports using 33 parameters plus hygiene questions. Khajuraho, Aurangabad and Madurai airports took the top three positions.
