Kia leads vehicle sales in Huila during April

Kia Colombia positioned itself as the preferred brand in Huila, Tolima and Caquetá by the end of April, with 133 registrations and a 16.6% market share.

The regional automotive market showed intense competition, with SUV trucks maintaining their lead. In April alone, 483 units of this segment were registered, while the year-to-date total reached 1,666 registrations.

From January to April 2026, Kia achieved 531 registrations and a 17.5% share, ahead of Renault, Mazda and Chevrolet. The company attributed the result to the strengthening of its portfolio and closer ties with regional customers.

Andrés Plata, Sales Director of Kia Colombia, noted that these outcomes confirm the brand's strength in a strategic area for the country's automotive industry.
