Nine people have been taken to hospital after a collision between a bus and a truck on the E6 in Stenungsund on Monday.
The alarm came in at 18.48. A bus and a truck had collided at the Stenungsund interchange.
The bus had stopped at the side of the road when it was hit. Twenty people were on board the bus operating route 810 towards Uddevalla.
One person has been arrested suspected of gross negligence in traffic, gross causing of bodily injury and drug-impaired driving. Four people were lightly injured and two seriously.
The accident has a major impact on traffic. Northbound E6 is closed with an end time set at 22.00.
