The Parque Norte gathering was called under the slogan “Primero las ideas”, according to TN. It aimed to prioritize building a political alternative over imposing candidacies for the 2027 elections. Mayors and legislators from across Argentina attended, with more than a thousand participants.
Leaders such as Juan Manuel Olmos and Victoria Tolosa Paz spearheaded the event, intending to debate ideas and renew the economic discourse without advancing on candidacies. It took place without involvement from La Cámpora or Governor Axel Kicillof.
The meeting signals an effort within peronism to reconstruct its leadership and proposals ahead of the 2027 legislative and presidential elections.
