VENU hires Sarah Rothschild as investor relations head

Live entertainment company Venu Holding Corporation has appointed Sarah Rothschild as senior vice president of strategic finance and investor relations. Rothschild joins from Madison Square Garden Entertainment. The Colorado-based firm announced the hire on March 30.

Venu Holding Corporation, known as VENU, hired Sarah Rothschild from Madison Square Garden Entertainment to lead its investor relations and financial strategy, according to a company statement released on March 30. In her new role, Rothschild will develop engagement with institutional investors, devise capital accumulation strategies, and oversee treasury and financial communications. VENU, founded in 2017, operates and develops live music venues featuring fire pit suites available for share purchases by investors, primarily outdoor amphitheaters in cities such as Oklahoma City, Tulsa, El Paso, and Dallas-Fort Worth. The company has projects underway in Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma set to open in 2026 and aims for 25 amphitheaters and 15 indoor entertainment complexes by 2030. Previously at Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Rothschild managed investor relations for MSGE, Madison Square Garden Sports—including the Knicks and Rangers—and Sphere Entertainment before its spin-off. She was an investment analyst at Select Equity Group and started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers handling mergers and acquisitions due diligence. J.W. Roth, VENU's founder, chairman, and CEO, said, “Sarah brings exactly the type of capital markets expertise we need as we continue scaling VENU. Her experience across public companies in live entertainment gives her a distinct perspective on how to position growth, build institutional relationships, and strategically deploy capital. As we expand our national venue portfolio, having someone with Sarah’s background leading investor engagement and financial strategy is an advantage.”
