The sequel to A Minecraft Movie has been officially titled A Minecraft Movie Squared and is set for release on July 23, 2027.
The announcement came with a behind-the-scenes promo featuring returning actors Jack Black as Steve and Jason Momoa as Garrett 'The Garbage Man' Garrison. Comedian Matt Berry, who played Nitwit in the first film, confirmed his return in an undisclosed role, stating, 'I've been told I am not allowed to tell you who I am playing in this new film.'

Greta Gerwig's adaptation of 'Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew' is now set for a theatrical release on February 12, 2027, followed by Netflix on April 2, 2027.
