In the La Arboleda vereda of Caloto, Cauca, a dump truck loaded with explosives was detonated targeting army troops and civilians. Authorities attribute the attack to the residual armed group Dagoberto Ramos Ortiz. Fortunately, no injuries or damage were reported.
