In the La Arboleda vereda of Caloto, Cauca, a dump truck loaded with explosives was detonated targeting army troops and civilians. Authorities attribute the attack to the residual armed group Dagoberto Ramos Ortiz. Fortunately, no injuries or damage were reported.
The incident took place on February 3, 2026, in the Gualí crossroads sector, Caloto municipality, in Cauca department. According to official information, the vehicle was fitted with ramp-type explosive devices in an attempted attack against military units and local residents.
