Fana Lamrot Mieraf 22 competition continues today

Sixteen finalists selected from over 700 contestants will compete in the second week battle of Fana Lamrot Mieraf 22 today. The event airs starting at 6:00 PM on Megabit 19, 2018 E.C., across Fana platforms.

The Fana Lamrot Mieraf 22 competition, which began on Megabit 18, 2018 E.C. in Addis Ababa, continues with its second week battle today.

Sixteen finalists, selected from over 700 pre-qualifiers based on votes from Kokab Band, will perform in two groups of nine against the band over two rounds. The 13-week program features contestants competing through original songs, judged by their own performances, audiences, and experts.

A prize of 1 million Birr awaits the top four finalists. This marks the sixth winners' edition of Fana Lamrot. The second week battle airs on Megabit 19, 2018 E.C., starting at 6:00 PM on Fana Television, Fana+, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram channels, and www.fanamc.com.

Since launching in 2011 E.C., Fana Lamrot has nurtured numerous talented singers, contributing to Ethiopia's performing arts development.
