Harry Charles secures Great Britain LLN win in Rotterdam

Great Britain’s showjumpers won the Longines League of Nations at CHIO Rotterdam on June 22. Harry Charles delivered the decisive ride to edge out the USA and Netherlands in a jump-off.

The British team finished on a score of eight after three clear rounds in the second leg. Harry Charles, riding LT Holst Freda, produced a triple clear and won the jump-off by 0.07 seconds.

Sienna Charles on Chawton, Ben Maher on Catelly and Jessica Mendoza with Summerhouse completed the squad. Chef d’equipe Di Lampard praised the riders’ consistency and focus.

The victory secured Great Britain’s place in the LLN final. The next qualifying leg is scheduled for St Tropez-Gassin in September.
