Havas' Prose on Pixels appoints Stefane Rosa as CEO Americas

Prose on Pixels, Havas' AI-powered global content network, has named Stefane Rosa as CEO for the Americas. The appointment aims to boost regional growth and client services. Steve Cooper joins as EVP of operations to support these efforts.

Prose on Pixels (POP), Havas' AI-powered global content-at-scale network, announced the appointment of Stefane Rosa as CEO, Americas. This move highlights a key shift in the network's regional leadership, emphasizing accelerated growth and comprehensive client support.

Stefane Rosa, born and raised in Brazil, offers more than 18 years of experience in creative, strategic, and operational positions at agencies like Ogilvy, DAVID, and Droga5. She established and managed Droga5's São Paulo office, developing the team and instilling the agency's global culture. Earlier, Business Insider named her among the “40 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue” for her leadership blending creativity, strategy, and expansion. Rosa comes from Droga5 New York, where she contributed to acclaimed projects for clients including Netflix, Molson Coors, The Hip Hop Museum, Hershey's, and Paramount.

In her statement, Rosa said: “I believe POP represents the future of how content is produced and delivered, with the Americas playing a critical role in that future. I’m genuinely excited to support this mission and help build a model that brings together creativity, technology, and operational excellence to drive meaningful impact for brands.”

Accompanying Rosa is Steve Cooper, appointed as EVP, Operations Americas. Cooper's background includes guiding organizations toward efficiency while preserving strong cultures and creative quality. POP Americas employs over 175 staff across four studios and serves brands such as TikTok, The Travel Company, Amgen, JBL Harman, and GSK. From their New York base, Rosa and Cooper plan to advance Generative AI innovations in content creation and scale, while promoting the Audience-First approach.
