Kentucky man charged with threats to kill Trump and feed him to dogs

Kadrioan Santiago, a 23-year-old from Berea, Kentucky, faces federal charges for interstate threats against President Donald Trump, ICE agents, and law enforcement. Prosecutors say he posted violent messages on Instagram, vowing to slice off Trump's face and feed it to stray dogs while showing off rifles and tactical gear. Federal prosecutors charged Kadrioan Santiago with interstate threatening communications after he allegedly posted a series of violent threats online from January to late March 2026. Other messages included threats to kill law enforcement and claims like 'Im filled with political violence' and 'no one is spared.'
