La DoubleJ marked the launch of its first U.S. flagship, The Lighthouse, with a dinner party in New York City on Wednesday evening. The event took place on the rooftop of Casa Cruz and featured guests from fashion, film, and activism.
The celebration highlighted the brand's move to an Upper East Side townhouse after plans for a Los Angeles location were disrupted by the Palisades fires last year. Founder J.J. Martin described the space as a center for community events including sound baths and workshops. Attendees included actresses Lily Rabe and Elizabeth Gillies, models Carolyn Murphy and Anne V, and activist Amanda Nguyen. They wore pieces from the label and sipped Aperol Spritzes during the outdoor meal. The dinner menu featured roasted beetroot salad, orecchiette al limone, and branzino. Guests lingered past 10:30 p.m. and left with La DoubleJ items as the evening concluded.
