Ellrich told Sports Illustrated that the timing made perfect sense. “It does make too much sense,” he said. “Yeah, it's like, boom, we get married, and then we're off to Vegas for a WrestleMania honeymoon.” The couple will at least enjoy the sights in Las Vegas, though it's unclear if Garcia has an on-screen role at the event. Originally, they considered a larger ceremony with friends like Trish Stratus and Candice Michelle ready to attend. However, preparations became overwhelming, leading them to a simpler plan after consulting their faith. Garcia explained, “Yeah, we were gonna do a bigger wedding with more friends... But as we were preparing, it started getting very overwhelming. So, the joy started depleting and the stress of it started piling on.” The intimate ceremony unfolded peacefully overlooking a bridge, with water flowing and birds chirping in the background. “We could not have orchestrated this any better,” Garcia said. “During the ceremony, we were overlooking a bridge and you could hear the water flowing and the birds chirping. It was so peaceful. The whole vibe was peaceful.”
