Mobile SIM service resumes after 1 Muharram holiday

Mobile SIM services in Jakarta and nearby areas resumed operations on Wednesday 17 June 2026 following a one-day closure.

Services are available at several points including Mall Grand Cakung for East Jakarta, LTC Glodok for West Jakarta, Kampus Trilogi Kalibata for South Jakarta, Mall Artha Gading for North Jakarta, and Kantor Pos Lapangan Banteng for Central Jakarta.

In Bogor services opened at Mall Jambu Dua and Lippo Plaza Keboen Raya from 08.00 WIB. In Bekasi they are offered at KFC Juanda Bekasi Timur during the same hours, while in Bandung they run at Superindo Antapani until 13.00 WIB.

Applicants must bring original and copy of ID card, valid original driving licence, health certificate, and psychology test proof. The service only handles extensions of active SIM A and SIM C at Rp80 thousand for SIM A and Rp75 thousand for SIM C.
