Bogor offers it at Mall Jambu Dua from 09:00-12:00 WIB. Bandung has services at The Kings Shopping Centre and Pasar Modern Batununggal. Applicants must bring a valid KTP, original SIM with photocopy, and health certificate. Renewal fees are Rp80,000 for SIM A and Rp75,000 for SIM C, per Government Regulation No. 60 of 2016. The service is renewal-only; missing the March 28, 2026 deadline requires full exams for a new SIM.
