Violet Shetler set a personal best of 79, Alexa Black scored 78.5, Ava Blyth tied Lillian Laney at 73, and Jayna Lagace posted an 80—tying the fifth-highest in NCEA history and her second MOP of the week. Carly Jenkins tied a career high with 77.5-74 over Shaelyn Boutelle for South Carolina.

In Reining, South Carolina edged 3-2, but SMU's Madison Rafacz remained undefeated at 6-0-1 with a 74, and Sara Beth Filiatreau matched it for the MOP. Emily Patton scored 72 on Jon Snow, Mattie McNeill 70.5 on Shiney, and Olivia Cardi 72 on Ruffin for the Gamecocks.

South Carolina coach Carol Gwin praised her team's resilience: “I’m very proud of the way our team handled the circumstances today... It is not an easy task, and our athletes competed to the best of their abilities this week while battling the elements.” SMU has now earned 24 straight Horsemanship MOPs since the 2024 season opener against TCU.
