Online applications open for Agniveer recruitment in Telangana

The online registration for Indian Army's Agniveer recruitment in Telangana has begun, targeting unmarried youth from all 33 districts. Applications are open until April 1 for the 2027 recruiting year, with an increased age limit to 22 years.

The Indian Army has opened the online application window for Agniveer recruitment under various categories for candidates from Telangana. The notification was published on February 13 on the official website, inviting applications from individuals domiciled in the 33 districts under the Army Recruiting Office, Secunderabad.

Recruitment covers Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Clerk or Store Keeper Technical, Agniveer Tradesman 10th Pass, and Agniveer Tradesman 8th Pass. Eligible candidates can apply for up to two categories based on their qualifications. The upper age limit for all categories has been raised from 21 to 22 years.

The Online Common Entrance Examination will be held in 13 languages, including Telugu, with bonus marks for holders of ITI, Diploma, and NCC qualifications. Applications must be submitted online and will close on April 1. Admit cards for the examination, tentatively scheduled from June 1 to June 15, can be downloaded from the website.
