Stockholm won the SM Semifinal against Örebro Black Knights 27–24 on the road.
The game was decided by a touchdown with eight seconds remaining. Örebro had dealt with a postponed match due to bad weather and an injury to Isaac Nordström.
The team endured an injury-plagued season. At most around 20 players were unavailable and a former NFL player stepped in as quarterback.
Coach Erik Törnblom stressed the need to maintain focus in long matches. Sports chief Micael Jönsson said he wished success for the group after their efforts.
Örebro Black Knights last played in an SM Final in 2022.
