Steve Clarke ha firmato un nuovo prolungamento contrattuale di quattro anni per rimanere commissario tecnico della Scozia. L'accordo lo manterrà alla guida della squadra fino ai Mondiali del 2030.

La Scottish Football Association ha annunciato il prolungamento il 28 maggio. Il precedente accordo di Clarke sarebbe scaduto dopo i Mondiali del 2026 negli Stati Uniti, in Canada e in Messico. Ha assunto l'incarico nel 2019 e ha ora guidato la squadra alla qualificazione per tre importanti tornei in quattro tentativi.
