All'inaugurazione dell'89ª Convenzione bancaria, la presidente Claudia Sheinbaum ha esortato i banchieri a incrementare il credito dal 38% al 45% del PIL per promuovere lo sviluppo. L'Associazione bancaria messicana si è impegnata a raggiungere questo obiettivo entro il 2030. Sheinbaum ha anche presentato una nuova legge sugli investimenti infrastrutturali.
