The St. Louis Blues have announced that forward Zach Dean has been cleared by the NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program to resume active status. The 22-year-old will report to the team's AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds, on Friday. The 37-year-old NHL veteran, who attended the St. Louis Blues' training camp earlier this year, will make his AHL debut with the Blues' affiliate.
