Bank Mandiri distributes Rp 9.3 trillion interim dividend

In the information disclosure submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Friday (December 19, 2025), the bank stated that the dividend is given to shareholders with 93,333,333,332 circulating shares. This calculation considers the company's treasury share ownership.

"Based on the approval of the Board of Commissioners on the Company's Board of Directors' decision on December 18, 2025, the Company will distribute an interim dividend to shareholders for fiscal year 2025," wrote Bank Mandiri's management in the announcement.

Management emphasized that the interim dividend distribution has no material impact on operational activities, financial condition, or business continuity. The distribution schedule will be announced later in accordance with the Director's Decree of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange Number Kep-00077/BEI/01-2021 on changes to the provisions for the implementation of share dividends, interim dividends, and bonus shares.

Additionally, treasury shares owned by the company due to buybacks are not entitled to dividends, as stipulated in Article 40 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies.
