初回は7月31日午後6時（KST）よりMnet Plusで配信され、翌日の午後11時（KST）よりMnetで放送される。
シーズン1には、TREASURE、NCT WISH、RIIZE、ZEROBASEONE、TXT、ALLDAY PROJECT、TWS、BOYNEXTDOORなどのグループが出演した。
