Ex-deputy Joaquín Lavín León faces new formalization for electoral crimes

Former parliamentarian Joaquín Lavín León faced a new formalization hearing on Wednesday for the use of SERVEL data on the SocialTazk platform.

The Fiscalía Metropolitana Oriente formalized the former deputy before the 7th Guarantee Court of Santiago for crimes related to the use and commercialization of electoral data.
