ISMAYA Group has announced a global partnership with professional padel player Tolito Aguirre to support the development of padel in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The collaboration seeks to strengthen the sport's presence in the region and connect local players with international competition. Aguirre will wear the ISMAYA Group logo on his competition jersey throughout the 2026 season.
ISMAYA Group, through its Social Padel House platform in Southeast Asia, has revealed a partnership with Tolito Aguirre aimed at enhancing padel development in Indonesia. The company has been active in the sport via competition support, event organization, and athlete programs to raise competitive standards and offer international exposure to local players. Social Padel House integrates sport, wellness, culture, and lifestyle initiatives to foster the padel community and provide training opportunities.
Christian Rijanto, Managing Partner and Founder of ISMAYA Group, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership. “Tolito embodies the creativity, passion, and global energy that are the face of modern padel today. For ISMAYA Group, this partnership is not just about visibility, but part of our long-term commitment to building a strong padel ecosystem in Indonesia and positioning Indonesia as a serious competitor on the global stage. Through this collaboration, we want to not only support the growth of the sport locally, but also connect Indonesia with the highest levels of competition globally,” he said.
This announcement follows Aguirre's visit to Jakarta in January 2026, where he took part in the SPH Superstar Series at Social Padel House in Setiabudi on January 24 and 25. The event featured competitive and exhibition matches with Asia Pacific Padel Tour champions, Indonesian professional athletes, and members of the Indonesian national team, including a bronze medallist from the FIP Asia Cup. The series was designed to offer match experience and build ties between regional and international players.
Aguirre expressed enthusiasm for the role. “I am proud to represent ISMAYA Group and Social Padel House in various global competitions. The growth and ambition of padel in Indonesia are truly inspiring, and I am excited to be part of this journey,” he said.
Under the agreement, Aguirre will display the ISMAYA Group logo during Premier Padel and International Padel Federation (FIP) tournaments in 2026. The partnership highlights Indonesia’s increasing involvement in the international padel scene. ISMAYA Group intends to sustain its support through ongoing partnerships, competitions, and community programs.
