The pick-up driver sustained minor injuries, while his two passengers remained unhurt. The car driver was trapped in his vehicle and had to be freed by the fire department using technical equipment. He suffered a traumatic brain injury and was taken to a nearby clinic. The two injuries highlight the dangers of icy roads in the area.
