韓国開発研究院（KDI）は水曜日、製造業の生産が低迷したものの、半導体産業の収益が全体的な成長を支えたと報告した。6月の輸出額は前年同月比70.9%増の1,022億5,000万ドルを記録し、過去最高となった。そのうち、半導体の出荷額は3倍近くの448億2,000万ドルに達した。

6月の消費者物価指数は3.2%上昇し、2023年12月以降で最も高い伸びとなった。KDIは、これが追加利上げの可能性を高め、消費回復の足かせになる恐れがあると警告している。
