The Alpes-Maritimes prefecture has announced it will file a recourse with the electoral judge against Pierre Ippolito, deputy for commerce in Nice’s new city council under Éric Ciotti. It deems his business activities incompatible with his municipal role. Ippolito downplays concerns and vows to respond.
