Charges dropped against sister in Michigan forest murder case

Authorities in Michigan have dropped all charges against Kimberly Park, the sister of a pregnant woman allegedly killed by her parents in a remote forest last year.

Kimberly Park faced three counts including tampering with evidence, lying to a police officer, and filing a false report of a felony. The charges related to the November 2025 death of her 22-year-old sister Rebecca Park in Manistee National Forest in Boon Township.
