Florida man charged with arson after setting ex-girlfriend's apartment on fire during facetime

The incident took place on April 10 at an apartment complex on the 1900 block of Belcher Drive in Columbus. According to authorities, the woman was not home when fire crews responded to the blaze. She told investigators that Freeman revealed he was inside her unit during the call and placed a blanket in the oven before turning it on.
