Great American Media has revealed the ensemble cast for its upcoming drama series Abilene. The show is scheduled to premiere on Great American Pure Flix in early 2027.
Great American Media's new original series Abilene centers on a young musician seeking a fresh start in the small town of Fair Haven, Ohio. Rose Reid stars in the title role as Abby, who forms an unexpected bond with a local family and takes a job at their cider mill.
The series also features Elizabeth Mitchell as Hannah, Eric Close as Ben, and Jordan Belfi as Lashay. Additional cast members include Andrew Ferguson, Michael Pavone, Johnathon Schaech, Kevin Quinn, Taylor Kalupa, and singer-songwriter Riley Clemmons.
Nicholas DiBella created the series and serves as showrunner. He described Abilene as a story about music, community, and second chances, noting its alignment with Great American Media's focus on uplifting content. The show will also air on Great American Family and GFAM+.
