The 46-year-old Girls Next Door alum just got real about going under the knife after two kids. Holly Madison opened up on the Derm Approved podcast about her lower facelift and chin lipo. She’s keeping it minimal and zero regrets so far.
Holly explained the decision came after gaining weight during her second pregnancy with Forest, now nine. Rainbow is 13. Lasers weren’t cutting it, so she found a surgeon whose before-and-afters she loved.
She told listeners she wanted it “not go far enough” rather than risk looking like the Joker. Scars? She sees them but doesn’t care. Holly also gets Botox plus IPL and CO2 lasers under her eyes.
On the Kendra Wilkinson front, Holly said she’s “not opposed” to talking again after their 2012 falling out. She blames their old producer for stirring the pot and called the tabloid drama a shame. The two shared plenty of good times back in the Playboy days.
