An Idaho chiropractor was arrested twice this year on charges stemming from separate incidents involving a woman and his children. Brady Fielding, 39, faces one count of domestic battery and two counts of injury to a child.
The charges relate to events in April and June in Idaho Falls, according to the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office. In the first case, authorities say Fielding pulled a woman from an SUV by her arm during a dispute over vehicle keys on April 12. Court documents indicate he also backed the vehicle with doors open while children attempted to exit.
For the June 20 incident, police responded to reports that Fielding slapped a 12-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl. The children told officers he lost his temper during a discussion about rules.
Fielding was arrested on April 27 after a warrant was issued and cited after the second event. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 22 for the first case and August 19 for the second.
