IFK Göteborg lost 1–2 to Estonian side Levadia Tallinn in the Conference League qualifier. Home fans booed the team and demanded coach Stefan Billborn resign.
The match was played at Gamla Ullevi on 21 July 2026. Levadia took the lead in the 33rd minute through Wendell who scored twice. Abraham Nwankwo scored an own goal for the 1–2 reduction.
August Erlingmark who received a red card said afterwards that the loss was heavy. He misses the return leg in Tallinn on 30 July.
Coach Stefan Billborn commented on the boos and resignation demands. He said he does not feel good about it but has support from the players.
