Kenosha man charged with stabbing ex-girlfriend 16 times

Dale Dallia, 42, faces murder charges after allegedly stabbing his former girlfriend Stephanie Birn 16 times at her home in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on April 25.

Police responded to a report of a fight at Birn's residence and found Dallia with blood on his hands, arms, shirt and face. Officers also noted human flesh on his clothing. Birn was discovered unconscious inside with multiple stab wounds from a bent steak knife found in the kitchen sink.
