Approximately 245,000 businesses registered on the systems are expected to be affected. These include micro and small traders using eTIMS Lite, consultants, freelancers and large corporations that integrate via API.

Businesses have been advised to transmit pending invoices before the window begins. They may use offline solutions during the maintenance and must upload recorded transactions afterwards.

The maintenance is intended to optimise network speeds, enhance security and deploy system upgrades, according to the authority.
