Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports events led mobile esports viewership throughout 2025, according to Esports Charts data. The game's tournaments topped both hours watched and peak viewers, outpacing competitors like PUBG Mobile and Arena of Valor. This dominance highlights MLBB's popularity in the mobile gaming scene.
Mobile esports featured numerous tournaments in 2025, but Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) stood out by dominating the most-watched events of the year. According to Esports Charts, MLBB Professional League (MPL) Indonesia Season 15 achieved the highest viewership with 113.2 million hours watched. This was closely followed by MPL Indonesia Season 16 at 101.2 million hours, MLBB Mid Season Cup 2025 at 50.3 million hours, and MPL Philippines Season 15 at 31.1 million hours.
Among the top 10 mobile esports events, only one non-MLBB tournament cracked the top five: Arena of Glory Spring 2025, an Arena of Valor (AoV) event, with 28.8 million hours watched. Arena of Glory Winter 2025 also ranked highly, while the AoV Premier League 2025 led its series in average viewership. Arena of Glory Winter 2025 and AoV International Championship (AIC) 2025 were the most-watched AIC events. PUBG Mobile secured a top 10 spot via the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025, noted as one of the game's most-watched tournaments ever.
Note that these figures exclude data from China's streaming platforms. MLBB also excelled in peak viewers, claiming the top three positions. MPL Indonesia Season 15 peaked at 4.13 million viewers, MPL Indonesia Season 16 at 3.11 million, and MLBB Mid Season Cup 2025 at 3.06 million. These statistics underscore MLBB's reign in mobile esports viewership for 2025, surpassing other titles in both total engagement and concurrent audiences.
