Sea View signs deal with AHS to manage Sahl Hasheesh project

Sea View Development has signed an agreement with Absolute Hotel Services to manage a residential and hotel development in Sahl Hasheesh on Egypt's Red Sea coast.

Sea View Development signed the management and operation agreement with Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa on July 5. The deal covers the U Residences & Hotel Sahl Hasheesh project, where U Hotels & Resorts will oversee both residential units as branded residences and the hotel operations.

Sherif Roshdy, Chairperson of Sea View Development, and Kevork Deldelian, Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa, signed the agreement. The project spans a 20,630-square-meter site with 251 units including studios, apartments, duplexes, villas and bungalows.

The development will offer services such as housekeeping, security and facilities management. It is located about 20 minutes from Hurghada International Airport and includes landscaped areas, swimming pools and rental programs for owners.
