Sea View firma un acuerdo con AHS para gestionar el proyecto Sahl Hasheesh

Sea View Development ha firmado un acuerdo con Absolute Hotel Services para gestionar un complejo residencial y hotelero en Sahl Hasheesh, en la costa egipcia del mar Rojo.

Sea View Development firmó el acuerdo de gestión y operación con Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa el 5 de julio. El contrato abarca el proyecto U Residences & Hotel Sahl Hasheesh, donde U Hotels & Resorts supervisará tanto las unidades residenciales como residencias de marca como las operaciones hoteleras.

Sherif Roshdy, presidente de Sea View Development, y Kevork Deldelian, director general de Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa, firmaron el acuerdo. El proyecto ocupa un terreno de 20.630 metros cuadrados y cuenta con 251 unidades, incluyendo estudios, apartamentos, dúplex, villas y bungalows.

El complejo ofrecerá servicios tales como limpieza, seguridad y gestión de instalaciones. Está ubicado a unos 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Hurghada e incluye áreas ajardinadas, piscinas y programas de alquiler para los propietarios.
