U.S. Marshals grabbed the brothers Saturday afternoon outside the James L. Knight Center in downtown Miami. Andrew was set to cohost IBA Bareknuckle 6 when the cuffs came out.
The Crown Prosecution Service dropped 32 new charges on Andrew and six on Tristan this weekend. Those stack on top of the 21 charges authorized last May. All tie to alleged conduct from 2010 to 2017.
Attorney Joseph McBride blasted the move as unfair interference while cases still run in Romania and a Florida defamation trial looms. He called the new counts "ridiculous, salacious, and meant to make headlines."
The pair returned to the U.S. in early 2025 after time in a Romanian prison. McBride stressed they have traveled freely and hit every court date so far.
