A 14-year-old faces murder charges after a pizza delivery driver was shot in the head and robbed outside an empty Philadelphia apartment. The victim had been lured there with an order for three pizzas.
The attack occurred on June 5 around 12:30 a.m. on the 2300 block of Edgley Street. Delivery driver Anshul Kuncha, 28, was followed by two people in dark clothing as he approached the apartment, according to surveillance video.
After dropping off the pizzas, Kuncha was shot in the head and robbed. Police found three untouched pizza boxes inside the apartment and shell casings near his body. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Sincere Camps, 14, has been charged with murder, conspiracy, robbery, and related offenses. He is held at the Philadelphia Juvenile Justice Services Center without bail. His preliminary arraignment took place on Saturday, with the next court date set for July 21.
