PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk has again topped the list of Indonesian companies in Forbes' World's Best Employers 2025, ranking 345th globally out of 900 firms. This marks the fifth consecutive recognition for its superior human resource management. Telkom also secured ninth place in the telecommunication services category.
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) continues to demonstrate consistency in sustainable business operations and human resource management, as recognized by Forbes for the fifth consecutive time in the World's Best Employers 2025 list. Telkom holds the #345 position out of 900 selected companies worldwide, leading among other Indonesian firms on the list.
Globally, Telkom ranks ninth in the telecommunication services category, surpassing competitors such as Vodafone UK, Telenor Norway, Etisalat UEA, SingTel Singapore, China Mobile, Telstra Australia, and BT Group UK. Telkom's Director of Human Capital Management, Willy Saelan, stated, "We are proud to be among the world's best companies, which proves that Telkom is on the right track in creating a superior, competitive work environment oriented toward talent development."
The ranking was compiled by Forbes in collaboration with Statista through a survey of over 300,000 employees from 50 countries in multinational companies. Respondents evaluated aspects such as talent development, employee welfare, and work flexibility. To strengthen competitiveness, Telkom implements Digital Ways of Working BISA (Bravery, Integrity, Service Excellence, and Agility), encouraging employees to take measured risks, uphold integrity, provide excellent service, and act quickly and innovatively.
