Tesla begins FSD Supervised v14 rollout in Australia and New Zealand

Tesla has started distributing its FSD Supervised version 14 software to select vehicles in Australia and New Zealand. The update targets cars equipped with Hardware 4 and brings improvements in speed and handling on local roads.

The rollout began on June 19 for vehicles with Hardware 4, including the refreshed Model 3 Highland and newer Model Y models. Tesla stated that the software processes local roads about 20 percent faster than prior versions, offering smoother roundabouts, reduced lane drifting, and improved responses at traffic lights.

Additional changes include a cleaner vehicle visualization display and enhanced eye tracking through the in-cabin camera, which performs better with sunglasses or varied lighting conditions. Owners can download the update over Wi-Fi.

This marks the second time Australia and New Zealand have served as an early testing ground for right-hand-drive markets, following the public release of FSD Supervised v13 in September 2025. Hardware 3 vehicles remain on a separate schedule, with a lite version expected by the end of June.
