Two men arrested after pregnant woman thrown from vehicle

Louisiana police arrested two men after a pregnant woman was kidnapped and thrown from a moving vehicle in Jeanerette on Tuesday evening.

Officers responded to reports around 6:30 p.m. on Katherine Street. The victim, who had been assisted by local residents, told investigators she was in a dating relationship with one of the suspects and was pregnant at the time. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injuries and evaluation of her condition.
