Work has been partially halted in the area. SSAB is now investigating potential soil contaminants. Samples from soil and air have been taken, and initial tests show no elevated levels of substances, Gidlund said. 'Now we continue and take more samples. I don't know when the results will come,' he told TT. Work in the affected section will not resume until the results are available. SSAB is building an electric steel mill in Luleå as part of an ongoing project.
