A Russian drone and missile attack struck Kiev and its suburbs overnight from Friday to Saturday, killing at least three people and injuring about thirty. Over 600,000 people are without electricity, according to Ukraine's Energy Ministry. President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the assault on civilians and energy infrastructure.
